Please notify the secetary on the form provided the names of all drivers participating in your drive with a turnout
The club recommends that all drivers must have a minimum of third party liabillity insurance.
Please note that all members should conduct themselves in a considerate and respectfull manner because as a member you are representing the club.
All members must sign in with the organiser of the drive on arrival at venue and all non-members must sign the disclaimer form to enable them to take part.(this is for insurance purposes)

Rules of the Club
1- All turnouts should be sound and suitable for driving.
2- Club equipment shall be used for club activities only.
3- Draught animals to be driven in a considerate manner suitable for prevailing conditions.
4- Care shall be taken at all times when parking a turnout. No draught animal shall be left unattended at any time
and MUST ALWAYS be unhitched from the cart before being securely tied (never to the cart)
5- Transport for the club activities shall be parked with consideration for other club members.
6- All vehicles must carry a groom/attendant at all public functions, including ring displays. A draught animal on a
drive for the first time must have a groom in the cart for the first drive.
7- All minors under 16 years old must submit prior written conformation to the hon.sec. of the club that a named adult
will take full responsibility for them and have a minimum of third party insurance to cover them. Children under
14 must be accompanied by an adult.
8- Members participating in public events or ring displays must have completed the FULL DISTANCE of that days drive
using the route marked by the organiser.
9- Any driver wishing to leave early from either the start or halfway halt must obtain permission from the drive
organiser.
10- All dinner/buffet tickets to be payed for at time of ordering or by closing date.
11- Any new member joining the club must complete one drive before taking part in a ring display to ensure that
they are safe.
12- These rules to be binding on all bona-fide paid up members.
13- Draught animals must be a minimum of 4 to 5 years. New Draught animals to the club MUST PRESENT PASSPORT

1- All harness and vehicles should be in sound condition.
2- Aways have an able groom or passenger while driving.
3- Never remove bridle till free fromm vehicle.
4- Never tie turn out while still in shafts.
